1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During high-demand seasons or sale events, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (after dispatch)

Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available on selected pin codes)
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, local courier delays, or unforeseen conditions such as weather or festivals.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A nominal shipping fee may apply to COD or low-value orders.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your package in real-time using the provided tracking link.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most pin codes across India.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.
Repeated refusals or fake COD orders may result in future COD restrictions.
6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame:

7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
However, we’re working to bring ClothingSutra’s styles to customers worldwide soon.
8. Address Changes
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
Please double-check your address before placing the order.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.
Contact our customer support immediately with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
